What we get asked most often in initial conversations
Is our data used for model training?
No. All content in your tenant stays with you. Contractually guaranteed in the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) included with every contract. The model providers (Mistral, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex, Anthropic via AWS Bedrock) also guarantee in their EU contracts that customer content is never used for training purposes.
How long does the setup take?
Typically one week. SSO integration, uploading your knowledge base, and an initial onboarding workshop with two to three department heads—then the rollout can start.
Which AI models does MeisterQ Pro use?
MeisterQ Pro uses a flexible AI cockpit with various AI stacks. Depending on the data process, the system dynamically selects the best AI tool to optimally cross-reference, aggregate, and process your existing business data.
How much does the AI usage cost approximately?
As a benchmark: roughly ~€7 per active user per month—you are only billed for actual usage (API list price + 10%). In the admin portal, budgets can be set per user or for the entire company; once reached, usage is automatically capped. No surprise bills.
Do our employees need training?
Getting started is intentionally simple: employees choose tasks, not models. An onboarding workshop is included in the installation fee; for deeper guidance (use cases, training, strategy), optional consulting packages are available.
Where is the data hosted?
The application runs in the Microsoft Azure Region Germany West Central (Frankfurt). LLM queries are processed exclusively in the EU regions of the respective providers. Customer data and AI prompts are handled strictly within EU data centers.
What happens if we want to cancel?
The monthly plan can be canceled with one month’s notice. The annual contract runs for 12 months and can be canceled at the end of the term. In both cases, we return your data and conversations in a machine-readable format within 30 days, followed by deletion in accordance with the DPA.
Can we also use our own domain?
Yes. Via Cloudflare Custom Hostnames, you can get your own subdomain (e.g., ai.your-company.com) for €30/month.
Does every employee count as a user account?
No. Only the user accounts you actually activate count toward the pricing tier—you decide who gets access. How intensively someone uses the application does not affect the tier.
