Co-CEO Leadership: Benno Quade & Christoph Stoica
Since early 2025, Benno Quade and Christoph Stoica have led OneQrew GmbH as co-CEOs with joint responsibility for the skilled trades software solutions business. Each manages several trade clusters and the two share corporate functions according to clearly defined responsibilities. Their leadership style combines operational excellence with strategic scaling, and together, they stand for growth, customer focus, and the continued development of cloud- and AI-enabled end-to-end solutions for the skilled trades.
Benno and Christoph bring to OneQrew their extensive experience leading international software companies – most recently from Software AG and Sage – combining deep operational and market expertise to drive the next phase of growth and customer success.
Shaping the digital backbone of the skilled trades
“ The requirements for the smooth operation of skilled-trade businesses – and customer expectations – are constantly evolving. Our group and our portfolio of tailored digital solutions adapt continuously to meet market shifts. OneQrew’s 17 software companies form a powerful ecosystem that provides a 360-degree, cloud-enabled, AI-assisted comprehensive package of SaaS solutions and services. Our companies function in an integrated way, supporting the operational workflows of skilled trades businesses of all sizes and sectors and preparing businesses for a successful future.
Because we never lose sight of our customers and their needs – or of the market and its development – our group continues to grow, with new add-ons, integrated services, and partnerships. OneQrew makes it simple and efficient for skilled tradespeople to harness the potential of cloud-based software packages, with built in AI features, like virtual AI agents that streamline daily operations.”
"Our solutions have a social dimension"
“Digitization is not the only challenge skilled trades face. The skilled worker shortage and climate targets add mounting pressure. At OneQrew, we design solutions that address these challenges head on and strengthen the indistry as a whole. We drive greater efficiency and waste fewer resources. We attract creative, enthusiastic talent by removing counterproductive barriers. We cut wait times and improve the customer experience.
These efforts help skilled trades reposition themselves in the market and society – and give our work at OneQrew deeper meaning.”
