Kundl, Austria | My name is Marcus Reuter and I work as a project manager at PraKom.
I’m responsible for coordinating ongoing projects and supporting key accounts with more than 50 users. I was previously a PraKom sales partner for a long time. The decisive factor for me to switch directly to the company was the change to the OneQrew.

The corporate culture at PraKom is very informal. We experience successes together, such as the development of the cloud solution “Vendoc” last year. My wife and I work full-time. Thanks to the flexible working time models, I can combine my family and career much better.

I have lived and breathed administration since I trained as an office management assistant in 2006. My responsibilities include invoices, contracts and managing a team of six. My absolute favorite project is being a training supervisor.

I’ve been working in IT since the late 1990s and spent a long time in consulting and as a freelancer with a lot of travelling. Scireum immediately impressed me with its start-up mentality and flat hierarchies.

There is no finger-pointing here. About a year ago, I unfortunately caused a brief system failure. I immediately received all the support I needed from the team and the management to correct the error. At all times I felt the confidence that we would solve the problem together.

Working remotely has made us even better. We are more productive and can concentrate better on complex issues. Of course, this way of working also makes a lot of things easier in everyday life.

In summer, I like to go out on my motorbike in my free time. In winter, I like to use the Playstation and my guitar more often.
