The Icon League Expands: OneQrew Joins Forces with The Pack
Freiburg, September 11, 2024 – OneQrew, the leading German developer of software for trades and small to medium-sized enterprises, continues its growth trajectory. As of September, sykasoft has officially joined the corporate group, consolidating software expertise for the construction trade. Headquartered in Veitshöchheim, Franconia, this marks OneQrew’s 16th acquisition overall and second this year. With this strategic move, the group is expanding its portfolio, particularly in technology-driven sectors such as HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), refrigeration, and electrical trades.
From Quotes to Time Tracking: A Complete Solution
As part of the acquisition, sykasoft will become part of the OneQrew platform, enhancing its product range in key areas relevant to the digital workflows of HVAC technicians. These include customer relationship management, quotations, measurements, (electronic) invoicing, time tracking, customer service, scheduling, and archiving.
Customers can continue to rely on sykasoft’s established product quality while benefiting from the innovation of the largest software group for trades in the DACH region. In the coming months, sykasoft products will be complemented by new modules and OneQrew-wide services, including secure cloud-based service models.
As part of the succession plan, the second line of leadership at sykasoft will take on expanded roles. A new three-person management team will be established: Patrick Holz will oversee marketing and sales, Volker Friedetzki will manage development, and Christian Eschenbach will handle support. OneQrew’s Group CFO, Stefan Braatz, will assume the role of general manager.
