Freiburg im Breisgau, May 16, 2024 – blue:solution software GmbH, based in Rheine, will be joining OneQrew as of May this year as another expert in the field of trade software. This increases the number of customers in the Group to over 40,000 businesses and SMEs in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The Group is thus strategically expanding its portfolio in the HVAC (sanitary, heating and air conditioning) and electrical sectors as well as incorporating a cloud-based entry-level solution for small businesses. The deal also strengthens cooperation with wholesalers and OneQrew gains a strong customer and product team.

Focus on Cloud Solutions

As part of the transaction, smarthandwerk, blue:solution’s flagship product, will become part of the OneQrew platform. This offers trade businesses a complete solution for day-to-day office work, including costing, preparation of quotes, time recording, document management and ordering. Whether in the office, in the workshop, on the road or on the construction site – OneQrew’s offerings ensure an end-to-end digital workflow.

The pioneering cloud solution b:work will also become part of the portfolio, making it an important element of the Group’s innovation roadmap and expanding its product range with an entry-level solution for master craftsmen and small businesses. In addition, the strategic cooperation with wholesalers (GC Group, Mainmetall, obeta, Hardy Schmitz, König Group, Witte, Wiedemann Group, HBG, BÖRNER Group, PETER JENSEN Group, PIETSCH Group, ELMER Group, HONIG Baustoffe, Emil Löffelhardt, G.U.T., Adolf Würth GmbH & Co. KG) will be further expanded.

Over 20 Years of Experience

 blue:solution was founded in 2001 by Managing Director Rudolf Melching with a focus on the development of software for tradespeople. The overall solution smarthandwerk, optimized for the various trades in the ancillary building trade, was launched in 2010. In 2021, the company introduced b:work, a free product line for beginners.
