MeisterQ: When Trade Business Software Listens and Pitches In
OneQrew introduces cloud-based AI solution for plumbing, heating, HVAC and electrical contractors
Stuttgart, October 2026. Preparing quotes, checking open invoices or coordinating maintenance appointments, all by voice or text input: On October 22, 2026, OneQrew GmbH is introducing MeisterQ, a cloud-based software solution for plumbing, heating, air conditioning and electrical contractors. The integrated AI assistant answers questions about company data, prepares business documents and supports recurring tasks. Employees can review and edit the results, while the business stays in control of approvals and sending. “In the trades, what matters is that processes run reliably and office work doesn’t take up more time than necessary. With MeisterQ, we want to take recurring tasks off businesses’ plates without taking control out of their hands. The software can prepare work steps and, for example, take over planning, scheduling and rescheduling maintenance appointments. This reduces administrative effort, secures valuable recurring revenue and frees up time for more important tasks. In doing so, we are redefining how people and software work together, with the professional decision always remaining with the human,” says Dr. Benno Quade, CEO of OneQrew GmbH.
Preparing quotes and invoices by voice
MeisterQ supports business processes from the initial customer inquiry through quoting to invoicing. After a customer appointment, employees can, for example, capture the details for a quote by voice. Shopping carts from connected wholesaler online shops can be imported via IDS-Connect, and item data and prices can be provided via Open Masterdata. The assistant also answers questions such as “Which invoices are overdue?” or “What’s coming up this week?” On request, it creates drafts of quotes, invoices and payment reminders.
Additional features for costing, maintenance and field service
MeisterQ offers features for post-job costing and for recording change orders. For example, businesses can compare the actual material costs of a job with the original estimate. Customer equipment can also be recorded along with its technical specifications, and maintenance contracts with fixed intervals can be managed. From these, the software generates maintenance appointments. DATEV exports are available for passing financial data on to accounting and tax advisors. MeisterQ creates invoices in the ZUGFeRD e-invoicing format. The application runs in the browser and requires neither a local installation nor a dedicated server. A mobile app enables technicians to handle service and maintenance orders and to log working hours on the go.
In 2027, OneQrew plans to expand MeisterQ with features for purchasing and inventory management and to adapt it for additional trades. “With MeisterQ, OneQrew is pursuing a co-innovation approach: Much like an innovation workshop, customers and prospects actively contribute to the further development of the solution through direct feedback. We keep cutting, planing and sanding our workpiece to offer our customers the best possible solution at all times,” explains Cornelius Lejeune, CPO of the OneQrew Group. MeisterQ complements OneQrew’s existing software portfolio.
Founding customer terms until December 31, 2026
For the market launch, too, OneQrew relies on direct dialogue with businesses and is offering special founding customer terms. “That’s why we want to win 500 customers for our platform as quickly as possible. These first 500 customers can use MeisterQ free of charge, permanently and for life,” adds Patrick Holz, who is responsible at OneQrew for the market launch of MeisterQ and for direct dialogue with customers to further develop the solution. Specifically, the free offer applies to the “Einzelkämpfer” (Solo) package with two users for contracts signed by December 31, 2026, for as long as the contract remains in place. The “Betriebe” (Business) package for five users costs €100 net per month instead of the regular €159.90 net for contracts signed during the promotional period. Monthly prices apply to annual contract terms. In addition, businesses can try MeisterQ free of charge for 14 days with full functionality.
