OneQrew Announces Kai Ingo Seidel As Executive Director of Corporate Development

Experienced M&A professional joins OneQrew, the leading group of companies for craftsmanship software in the D-A-CH region, to advance the company’s acquisition strategy and processes.

Freiburg, March 9, 2023 – OneQrew expands its management team with the addition of Kai Ingo Seidel, who assumes the role of Executive Director of Corporate Development as of February 1, 2023. The veteran of corporate acquisitions and integration will promote the internal consolidation of the group, which emerged from TAIFUN, M-SOFT, PraKom, extragroup, scireum and DIGI Software, and other leading software specialists. In addition, Seidel will identify future growth potential and take executive responsibility for acquisitions and mergers.

Seidel brings decades of professional experience in the M&A environment. Most recently, he was Head of Strategy & Corporate Development for MEDIFOX DAN Holding, where he oversaw the successful sale of the company to its US competitor ResMed. In addition, he held various management positions within the individual companies of the group. Prior to that, Seidel held senior positions at the M&A investment bank Lincoln International, among others. He began his career in M&A advisory and spent more than 15 years in various roles with DC Advisory and its predecessor firm.
